V10+: Channel Buttons Not Working? (Check Model # on the Back) Step 1: Determine If You Have a Cable BoxAsk yourself: ✔ Do you change channels with the TV remote? → You have a TV Only setup ✔ Do you change channels with a cable/satellite box (STB) remote? → You have an STB to sync Not sure, or can't find the box? Follow the wire running from the back of your TV — it will lead you to the cable/satellite box. (Some Xfinity boxes are mounted on the wall or tucked behind the TV.)Before You StartFlipper V10+ remotes are preset to control your TV only — the Channel buttons are initially mapped to the TV, not a cable/satellite box. ✅ Make sure Flipper, your TV, and STB are all in direct line of sight ✅ Stand about 4–5 feet away when testing Steps to Resolve1️⃣ Reset Flipper Remote📌 Press and hold ADD until the light turns solid, then enter 954✔ The light will blink out, confirming reset2️⃣ Set TV Control📌 Press VOL✔ If Volume works, go to Step 3✔ If not:➔ Press and hold TV until the light turns solid, then enter the 4-digit code for your TV brand➔ Test Volume — if it doesn't work, try the next code in the list3️⃣ Set STB / Cable Box Control (No cable box?
