v9 and below: Channel Buttons Not Working?

Step 1: Determine How You Change Channels

Ask yourself:
✔ Do you change channels with the TV remote? → Set TV Only Mode
✔ Do you change channels with a cable/Satellite Box (STB) remote? → Sync STB

Steps to Resolve:

1️⃣ Reset Flipper Remote

📌 Press and hold ADD until the light turns solid, then enter 954
✔ The light will blink out, confirming reset

2️⃣ Set TV Control

📌 Press VOL
✔ If Volume works, go to Step 3
✔ If not, then:
➡ Press and hold TV until the light turns solid, then enter the 4-digit TV code
➡ Test Power and Volume

3️⃣ Set STB / Cable Box Control

📌 Press CH
✔ If Channel works, setup is complete
✔ If not, then:
➡ Press and hold STB until the light turns solid
➡ Enter the 4-digit STB code
➡ Test Power and Channel

(No STB?)
📌 Press and hold TV until solid, then enter 970 (TV Only Mode)

Troubleshooting: If Red Light Does Not Work as Expected

1️⃣ Reset Individual Buttons

📌 Press and hold ADD until solid, then enter 956 (light blinks out)
📌 Repeat for STB and TV buttons

2️⃣ Full Reset & Re-Sync

📌 Press and hold ADD until solid, then enter 954 (light blinks out)
✔ Then re-sync TV and STB using the steps above
