Troubleshooting

If the red light is not flashing as expected:

Flipper V9+: (number on back of Flipper)

1) Make sure unlocked: press and hold ADD until the light turns solid, then enter 956;
2) Repeat with STB and TV;
3) Reset to factory settings: press and hold ADD until the light turns solid, then enter 954;
4) Set TV: press and hold TV until the light turns solid, then enter the code for your device; test VOL;
*5) Set STB: press and hold STB until the light turns solid, then enter code for your device; test CH;

• If no STB / cable box, then skip #5 and: press and hold TV till solid, then 970 (TV Only).
